For our return and exchange policy, all sales are final due to warehouse pricing on all parts and accessories. On the AC systems and Pool heaters, we will allow the customer 14 days from the purchase date to return or exchange, keep in mind product must be in new condition, never opened or tampered with. The customer is responsible for return shipping and restocking fee of 20%. Before a refund is processed, all claims will be fully investigated to determine whether a refund or exchange is necessary.
